Need a bigger sign to say it's open. Took a chance and the staff were very pleased to see us. They were very helpful.

Me and my friends stopped here on the way back from a Rock & Roll weekend, the man who made our coffees was friendly and efficient!

Nice if you want to chilled n hav a quiet coffee

I get Starbucks whenever I can! Whatever excuse I can find! Generally when I'm on my own and headed to work or out for a quiet drive.

Too cold to sit inside. The air con is set to arctic. Sat in the car.

A bit expensive but we needed a coffee.

Unless you know it's there - little warning of turn off carriageway - disappointment at missed coffee.....again

Starbucks coffee is the best and the people that work there are very nice, always smiling and friendly and helpful. I'm a regular to the store

the staff are always friendly and polite and it's usually not too busy so you get served quick. the restaurant is always clean and tidy and there is ample seating inside and a couple of tables outside too for days when the weather is nice. there's a good sized carpark that's shared with the gregg's next door so you don't have to walk and pricing is on par with other starbucks restaurants of the same type. overall a very pleasant experience. the only thing of note when visiting this restaurant is that the slip road back onto the a12 is very short so you can't really get any speed up to join with traffic. this is mostly only an issue during rush hour as this section of the a12 can get very busy but it's something to keep in mind.

Nice place for a short break. Well stocked and helpful staff.
