I've just moved to the area and this is probably going to be my new "go-to" pub! Beautiful garden, amazing fresh food, lovely staff, what more could you ask for! Dogs are also llowed. They have a table tennis table (which is always a laugh) and a great selection of drinks!

Lovely little pub, small well planned menu. Food was very good.

Hidden gem... the Cellar Head was well kept. Sunday menu limited choice, only 1 roast. But it was cooked to perfection and severed by people who clearly enjoyed being there. As did we, our walking group enjoyed a great lunch. Just make sure you have desert.

This is fantastic little hide away, in a tiny village. No matter the day its always busy, has a superb garden, and fantastic food. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

Just come back from an absolutely stunning lunch here! I had a chicken burger and my wife a beef burger - I can’t explain how good they were! Just really, really good food Our little one enjoyed a few of our chips too. Brilliant pub, the warmest welcome, will be back

Family pub offering a warm welcome. Really lovely staff. Sunday lunch was stupendous. Some of us had the roast and one had vegetarian, all delighted with their choice. Plenty of gravy!! Garden is absolutely beautiful, with hanging vines and views over the valley. I wish I lived here.

Justifiably popular and hence crowded, this is an old-fashioned pub that the locals rightly love. It has great food too and a lovely garden where you can eat under the stars on a warm night. Food is fairly basic but good (pizza, burgers, flatbread kind of stuff) but great value and service despite the look of chaos in the busiest times is friendly and efficient. Lots of loud laughter and beer.

Fantastic pub. Popped in for a bite to eat after looking at the reviews. Food was excellent as was the ale. Nice to see they had 3 ale options available. Garden is also lovely, nice views and yes, a table tennis table πŸ˜€. Topped off with friendly staff and good service. Just wished it was my local! Lastly, forgot to mention the chef came out to speak to my wife about gluten free options which is very much appreciated.

The pub is a fantastic friendly village pub. The atmosphere was vibrant and the staff were very welcoming and friendly and the service was great. The turkey & ham pie was amazing and the biscoff torte was divine. I would definitely be returning.

Our favourite pub at the moment. Went for the Sunday roast today which was incredibly good. Gargantuan portions and very high quality cooking indeed. The beetroot and feta arancini to start were exceptional. Bravo πŸ‘πŸ»
