I always enjoy my trips to this garden centre, good selection of plants. Good food also in their railway carriage cafe.

Having recently been renovated, it now has somewhere to have a drink and something to eat in a railway carriage the food was great, it also had a great selection of shrubs, pots and many other things for the garden, from what I understand the renovations are ongoing and will soon include garden buildings for sale, plus soon to open some mini market stalls with a mixture of trades, well worth a visit.

What a fantastic place! Visited there today with my Mum who has mobility issues. We were given a mobility scooter to use so that she could get around and see everything this lovely place has to offer! We even discovered a hairdressers! There is a wheelchair available to use too - so this place is super accessible and staff are really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended- they are definitely getting their priorities right here. Brilliant. Thank you so much 😊😊

What an amazing garden centre. We popped in today for wire and we were blown away by the kindness of the staff. My husband's glasses had broken on our drive to Bodiam Castle (hence the need for wire) the staff helped to ensure that my husband's glasses were secure and safe. Thank you so much! X

Went to the garden centre yesterday and couldn't belive my eyes when we found a beautiful converted train carriage into a cafe Tea room. It wasn't actually open as it's just been taken over by a wonderfully friendly lady and her very chatty husband. They invited us in to have a look and it was amazing. It felt like we was in an Agatha Christie novel. The lovely lady gave us a preview of the new menu. She made us a coffee and a home made scone which was mouth-watering tasty. We could tell just by looking at the place and talking to the couple that they both are passionately dedicated to excellence within their business. They informed us they are opening this coming Tuesday. If the food and service are as good as the decor, ambiance and feeling this place gives off then we will be regulars.

My husband and i went for food here as we keep passing the shrub centre for years! The food was delicious and the staff really friendly! And then after we wondered round the various sheds. Really enjoyed whole experience and definitely going back!

Having been here many times to the Railway Tavern. I can say that the staff are all loverly. Only beaten by the high quality of the food. Daniel has a passion for food and it comes across in the food. There is a Breakfast Challenge worthy of a Man Vs Food Episode. The Train carriage has a history and a story of how it came to be in the location. If you visit this cafe is a hidden gem. If visiting the area have this on the list to start your day.
