The mixed grill here was excellent. Every meat done just right and high quality. The chef apparently is known as "Doo". I photographed the food late as I was too busy eating it.
I go to the John Milne on a regular if not weekly basis. It’s a great place to meet friends for coffee and a catch up or for a meal.
The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Plenty of choice on the menu. Lots of parking, don’t forget to register your car on arrival. Wheelchair accessible. What
I have eaten here a few times, it is a nice restaurant and we usually always enjoy the food just the odd occasion where we haven't but you dont know until you try different food wether you like it or not, would be nice to see some more dessert options, when we went recently we ordered the dairy milk
Went for dinner at the weekend and the food and service was outstanding. I had the gammon with extra eggs and they were cooked to perfection! We were celebrating an anniversary and we had a wonderful evening thanks to Kyle and his team. We will be back!

Had a lovely stay next door for 6 nights and ate here most evenings..food was good and stuff were attentive..had the breakfast on final morning, which was superb 10/10

Food was beautiful, I had the hot dog with a side of onion rings, oh my God! Gorgeous. My Aunt had the smothered platter she ate all of it she said it was superb. My other Aunt is a very small eater she had the soup and a Roll , and our friend had the Chicken and Mushroom pie, she said it was yummy.
This is a nice restaurant for a family meal or catch up with friends. The menu is varied with lots of different food options. Unfortunately there were a few things unavailable at time if visit.
