Food good. Service depending on time of day is fair. Later on weekend nights can be noisy in a good way. Very accessible for anyone in wheelchair.

Great venue, very clean. Plenty of beers on tap. Doesn't take CAMRA vouchers on a Sunday however, despite the official app saying they do. Still fairly cheap though at £3.30 for cask...

It's a really nice bar to sit and chat with a good variety and fairly priced drinks. Bar Staff weren't very friendly or even smiled at you on the bar but I would still return as it was a nice place inside to sit and have a chat.

Today we visited this Rochdale real ale pub
There was only 4 hand pumped ales on I've been in when there has been 12 beers on
I was disappointed on this
Great interior pub great staff 5 stars was not given through lack of REal ales today
There is no CAMRA DISCOUNT AT WEEKENDS

This pub, as always, when I come in here, is an essential visit when in Rochdale to drink real ale

We had my daughter's baby shower at The Medicine Tap and it was amazing. The food was so good and the staff went out of their way to make sure we all had a great time. If you want to hold a small get together for up to 30 people I can't recommend The Medicine Tap enough. Thank you to all the staff for their hospitality!

This old Post Office has made a great pub, love the way they integrated the old safe into the toilet wall and the urinals and sink look like beer kegs, sounds grim but its tastefully done.
Great location right in the centre of Rochdale opposite the town hall and close to public transport, shops and banks.

Warm and welcoming with an incredible variety of drinks on draught. You can almost definitely get it cheaper next door in Wetherspoon’s, but that’ll also come with a lower standard, serving quantity over quality. I was absolutely blown away by the selection, all of my favourite drinks in one. From Leffe to Lowenbrau, Guinness to Grolsch, and Erdinger to Estrella, there’s a choice for everyone. There’s a huge 21 taps on the main stage, with additional cask ales also for sale. Highly recommend, a relaxed atmosphere with a good choice of music, with a quality sound system. It was worth the trip from Salford to Rochdale after all!
