Subway on Lyell Avenue is tucked away in this cute little plaza, serving up the best Tuna on Wheat sub, always fresh crisp lettuce. Loving me some subway 😋 😍

Andrea was awesome. She made my 2 subs and 1 wrap perfectly. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and I was happy. Best service I've had here. I always have good service at this location, but Andrea was awesome.

Even though the store was getting ready to close, they still made sure my kids were able to get subs. The fact that they recognized my kids from previous visits gives them 5 stars because most employees at other stores don't even bother to look up at you. It's healthier that fast food restaurants and because the staff here is so nice it makes it 10 times easier to convince my kids to choose a healthy option.

My Panda loves the ride to Rochester to go to the Bank. It's 30 minutes, but never the less, it's worth if. They are extremely friendly at this location and never a long wait.

Funniest Subway I have ever been in. Staff are super friendly and love cracking jokes. The food is also super great and I love the taste. Would recommend 100/10 to my friends and family. I will definitely come back!

I was pleasantly greeted and welcomed by this Latino woman. Hands down one of the best customer service I’ve experienced and I have been to a lot of subways. Not only did she make my sandwich perfect but she even gave me a few sandwich suggestions based on the sandwich that I ordered for the next time I decided to come back to Subway. Very clean location as well

Obviously not the best sub shop in Rochester, but it’s hands down the best subway. The same girls have been cheerfully making my subs for me for over 5 years. This location accepts coupons and is always clean and fast on my lunch break.
