We've been to Bill Gray's many times over the years and never had a bad experience there! The food is always fresh and made to order - they'll even cook your tots or fries well done if you want, which many places claim to do but fail in the execution. The service is great - our online orders are usually done before the ETA and we normally don't have to wait long at all before getting to the counter. The menu is a little pricey but can be offset by online coupons and a solid rewards program. Don't feel like making dinner one night? Bill Gray's is a good place to get a burger in a pinch for the fam that's a cut above your average fast food fare!

Tons of dining area, clean, and very open floor plan. The food and dessert choices are great! I would only wish for wheelchair accessible tables in the outdoor dining area.

Always a good meal. Love the garbage plates. Lots of space. This location has outdoor seating. Kids meals have good options and Oreos. Just not the cheapest option for a large family. Coupons help, but wish there was a family meal or "shareable" option to make it more affordable for larger families

I placed a pick up order here and they didn’t have it correct. They had no issues correcting the order at all, and it’s greatly appreciated. Staff was friendly over the phone and pick up time was reasonable. My husband loves their cheeseburgers and I always order the grilled chicken sandwich with the multigrain bread. It’s a solid option for healthy and is very high in protein! Great meals here always.

I ordered fish frys and love having them on Fridays. The portions are delicious and hardy and the waffle fries are yummy. They turnover all of youth but they do their absolute best to give the best service possible.

The food here is great as is the service yet I'm dubious about paying $15+ for a burger and fries. The price doesn't deter my patronage but there are places with better priced competitive burgers.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and hit the spot. I ordered the grilled cheese with bacon on multigrain roll and it was probably the best sandwhich I've had in a long time....it didn't take long to finish it. The tator tots hot and delic.
My son always orders the garbage plate and he never complains and he never has trouble finishing it....even when full. 😀
