I had a bit of an accident where I managed to knock my latte over my colleague. The staff were so very quick to react, bringing blue roll and cloths to tidy my colleague and clear up the mess. They also replaced my drink and lemon tart, which got covered too, free of charge. Thank you, from a v

It's fine and we use it about 1 in 3 when we go to Rochester which is often but there are better cafes than this and if we can get a seat at the Cheese Cafe we go there.

This was the first time we visited the Costa in Rochester High Street. The staff were very helpful and polite.
It was clean. We were not rushed out of the door on finishing our drinks. Unlike some places we have visited.

Popped in today for a quick coffee and snack while passing through. The latte and toasty was good. The shop is big with seating downstairs. It was fairly busy but the staff managed to work through the queues fairly quickly. Maybe not the happiest in the world though but I would return.
