This is the best space. Really fresh seafood and home made meals. It was really tasty, delicious and had huge portions.

Had lunch here and we were well looked after. It’s a 10 odd minute walk from the main drag, but was worth it. Very nice bar, and two separate dining areas. Interior in a modern style. Had dressed oysters which were delicious. The surf and turf burger was nice, a bit salty for me and I would have liked it less cooked but it wasn’t given as a choice. The luxury seafood salad offered a proper helping of seas food and in a good size portion for the price. Well done Seafood shack.

The hot crab dip is very impressive and highly recommended if you love rich and savoury dipping. A seafood restaurant with good atmosphere, reasonable price and fabulous service. Definitely worth to visit again.

Wow - a great restaurant - food quality, service and atmosphere was excellent. We walked in and managed to get a table for 5 but I would book to avoid disappointment. Would highly recommend coming to The Seafood Shack to anyone visiting Southend on Sea.

Amazing!! Went there for a late lunch on a Sunday expecting a normal experience. But right from the moment we stepped in to us leaving, everything was just great. Upon entering we were greeted with a smile and got seated quickly.
The staff was so friendly and made sure we knew they had halal fish options available(non beer batter) even before we asked her!
Portion size was massive, food was very tasty and even the dips were delicious, I really liked the pea mayo.
Loved the ambience as well. Loved it there and would definitely go back when I go Southend.

Went here for an anniversary dinner, and was made to feel a million dollars, staff was amazing, service was quick, and food was outstanding. Will definitely return here in the near future. !! Highly recommend !!

Fantastic food at a reasonable price, great portion sizes and all served with happy efficient service. Cannot recommend highly enough, the dynamite prawn salad is particularly nice, but tbh everything is excellent.

Just had a fabulous meal, the best sword fish I have ever had, went with 3 friends and all the meals were great. Services is excellent, beautiful decor and an all round great experience.

Yesterday I visited the seafood shack for the first time with my daughter and friend, we were greeted by a lovely server, though I’m not sure of her name, but it really was a super welcoming and friendly environment.
My friend and I ordered the muscles and they were delicious, HUGE portion, so we decided to share!
The cocktails made by Lily were delightful and it was all so reasonably priced.
We will be returning again soon! Thank you, keep up the good work.
