Visiting the town from Bristol we popped in the pub for lunch on Sunday & what a treat we had, the well priced Seafood menu was so extensive we didn't know what to choose & when we did & it arrived it was so well presented it looked 5 star! & it tasted just as good too! We came all the way from Bristol to visit Southend which is a great place but I will definitely be back just to visit Sheridans & The Rose & Crown alone!! Food this good is to good to miss out on!

The best seafood in Rochford! You can’t walk past this place without buying something. Staff are so lovely and food made fresh!

I had the seafood platter and OMG it was absolutely amazing. Picked my favourites Prawns, herring, crab sticks, half shell mussels, dressed crab, cockles, lobster tails, saled and some french bread and was outstanding. Would travel another 2 hours just to have it again ❤️
