We stopped twice at the Coffee Cart on the way to and from Carnarvon Gorge. Different ladies served us but the coffee and the chat we enjoyable on both occasions. It's staffed by local volunteers and the money raised goes to fund local projects so it's well worth supporting. The Cart is normally open April to September each year but the volunteers were saying because of the amount of traffic they were going to stay open until late October. Check it out if you're in the area.

The coffee here is actually really good. But you need cash as they don’t take Eftpos.
The toilets are okay. There’s a brand-new playground for the kids.
And there’s freshwater in a dumpster spot for though with caravans

Desperate for a coffee and driving thru Rolleston it looked as though there was no cafe, but driving around town a little we came across a beautiful little coffee cart,staffed by local volunteers and serving ok coffee. A very friendly enjoyable stop.
