Kervan Saray Bbq Restaruant

Update: *food is always good here and I did come back many times after and before an unpleasant visit (more info below). I have also ordered takeaway many times. I asked for 2 boxes to take my food home. The Mangaer or owner asked the waitress what I had asked for and she did say 2 boxes in Turkish. The man came back with one Box. We approached the Waitress and asked for a second smaller box. She said they dont have a smaller one but still didn't offer us a second box. Why are you being tight with your takeaway box? I could not finish. I wanted to take the salad and bread as I did not want it go in waste. Also NO turkish Tea offered. They charge instead. Not a good selection of ready-made desert. Food portion was good as always.

Came here on a whim and I’m really glad that I did. We were warmly greeted at the door by a member of staff and they were attentive and friendly throughout the entire time. The complimentary bread was 10/10 and so were the complimentary sides. The food was good and flavourful and we were served quickly. We were also given a complimentary rice pudding for dessert which was great too! Our only criticism was that the restaurant was really cold which kinda dulled our experience. But overall, we’d definitely return and recommend - I can imagine this place would be great for large groups.

Price, Portions, People, Place.... Everything about the Kervan Saray experience was perfect.The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were warm and welcoming, the environment was marvellous. I definitely will be coming back from more. ✊🏾Big Ups to every single member of the team. You're all doing a wonderful job out there.
