Have been in here a few times the last time was Friday 13th, and always found the food lovely and the staff always nice and friendly. Live too far away for delivery so can't comment on that side of it. Have had their lunchtime special a couple of times, with my children, and it's good. We especially like their flat bread.

Came here on a whim and I’m really glad that I did.
We were warmly greeted at the door by a member of staff and they were attentive and friendly throughout the entire time.
The complimentary bread was 10/10 and so were the complimentary sides. The food was good and flavourful and we were served quickly. We were also given a complimentary rice pudding for dessert which was great too!
Our only criticism was that the restaurant was really cold which kinda dulled our experience. But overall, we’d definitely return and recommend - I can imagine this place would be great for large groups.
Excellent food and service, easy to see why they have won awards
The service is great here, the staff are really friendly and very attentive. The food is delicious and there plenty of gorgeous vegetarian options (the Moussaka is my favoutite). The complimentary bread a dips are excellent as well and probably one of the main reasons i love this place so much! Probably worth booking on a saturday evening, but you're all good to just turn up at any other time. The only thing holding this place back from 5*s is that the soft drinks (Coke, lemonade etc) are usually quite flat.
Overall I am very happy this place is just around the corner from my house, as Harold Hill is not blessed with many good eateries and this one is 100% #1!

Excellent service from very friendly staff. Food was fresh. Flavour hit and miss with some dishes (like most of the aubergine based dishes) very tasty with lots of flavours and others more bland. The starters were nicer than the main course so if you don't have such a big appetite you could go for starters and desert. Good value for money. Casual, informal atmosphere in one large area with lots of tables so can get a bit noisy but not too bad.
Got a great takeaway, generous portions and well cooked. Order ready promptly.
Decent food, I would prefer having bigger portion sizes but the food quality is really good albeit a tiny bit pricey.
Service was really good, waiter was happy to chat to us, gave recommendations and was attentive throughout.
Will come back again.

Update: *food is always good here and I did come back many times after and before an unpleasant visit (more info below). I have also ordered takeaway many times.
I asked for 2 boxes to take my food home. The Mangaer or owner asked the waitress what I had asked for and she did say 2 boxes in Turkish. The man came back with one Box. We approached the Waitress and asked for a second smaller box. She said they dont have a smaller one but still didn't offer us a second box. Why are you being tight with your takeaway box? I could not finish. I wanted to take the salad and bread as I did not want it go in waste. Also NO turkish Tea offered. They charge instead. Not a good selection of ready-made desert. Food portion was good as always.
