First time in this cafe and I was very impressed. One of the best breakfasts in Romford. Staff are very accommodating to any requests you have.
Will definitely be returning in the future.
Came to teapot for the first time today and the service was amazing, staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome, food was also really good quality!

Great good , lovely service. There is Mac D's and greggs and sub way near (swearwords to this cafe lol) but I love this cafe. They have sugar and sweetener, plus the allergy advice is clearly shown.

This place has been going since I was a young girl. Originally in the old original shopping hall but when rebuilt due to a fire they are now based upstairs. It's a pleasant atmosphere, nice food and friendly staff. Reasonable price and you get your moneys worth.
Great food , service is good,extensive menu and they have a kids menu, no one leaves here hungry as portion sizes are great, staff are always friendly and helpful, cafe is always clean,tables cleared and wiped down fast inbetween diners,overall great

Very popular because it's good cafe style food. Shopping in Romford and need a rest and a nosh... you should go here.. because it's so popular its always busy but food doesn't take long to arrive and prices are reasonable.. CASH ONLY!
i can.t fault the food or the staff .. it can get a bit busy at time .so you might have to wait a bit longer for food .but worth the wait .very generous portions.you will leave with a full stomach.
