Nice Atmosphere and friendly staff. Food is good, decent selection of sandwiches, but some of their cakes are cheaper in Sainsbury’s - yes they sell them in Sainsbury’s at bakery selection. I don’t like their coffee.

My mum and myself came here for a cream tea with a voucher we had. The lady who served us (Pritti) was so helpful when my voucher wasn’t working, and helped us to sort it out. Great customer service, we had a lovely time 😊

We came in and had two afternoon teas, the cakes were delicious the scones fresh and warm and the staff all friendly and attentive! Would definitely recommend going to this branch the team are amazing was a lovely experience! Thank you Romford team 🫶🏾

I visited the Patisserie Valerie in Romford today with a family of 12. Service and food was impeccable. Miranda was extremely hospitable and attended to our every need with such kindness! She was really amazing and the reason why I will come again and again! Highly recommend!

I visited patisserie Valerie Romford today with the children for an afternoon tea and had the best experience. The tables were thoroughly clean and the staff was polite and friendly.
The children were entertained by Alina throughout and were given children hot choco with cream on the house and had tailor made sandwiches.
Thank you all for a lovely afternoon. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

We went for afternoon tea last week with my 2 sisters and 2 kids. Abbey served us, her service was OUTSTANDING!! She is kind, carting and so accommodating. She was so friendly never had a better experience with Valerie patisserie. Also was happy to arrange our vegetarian afternoon tea. She’s an asset, made the experience so amazing!! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place. There latte is delicious and tea is fantastic. Croissants are mouth watering. And the lady at the reception was super nice. Must visit.

A very nice place to sit with friends or family. The latte was very nice and well presented as was the lotus biscoff cake which was very delicious. I would definitely come again if I was around the area.
