Great little place with great service! They do have vegan/dairy-free options but would have loved to be able to have the vegan scones without pre-ordering them.

We have been here before, when we come to romford, we had the the a classic cream tea ,that is very good and in a great setting, it's one of our favourite place. The staff are very helpful and do a great job a big thanks to all the staff ,will be back again
We booked for afternoon tea. Service was very friendly and quick. Food was delicious and tea was especially nice - we got a pot of tea each! Really nicely decorated inside. Really enjoyed!

Lovely atmosphere, great tea and Cottagecore feel. Scones were a bit soft and dry to my liking but other than that I would go back and order another breakfast.
A great selection of teas on offer. However, I think the flavours were muted/hard water taste due to the local tap water. Maybe worth experimenting with different types of water, filtered, mineral vs tap. This may introduce an extra cost. I'd be happy to pay it.

Lovely popular tea room with quaint decor, like sitting in your grandma's parlour. Afternoon tea was delicious and beautifully presented. Broad selection of teas. Staff are attentive and friendly. No toilet on site, but it is a short walk to the public loo in the shopping centre.
