Lovely place, although the seating area is limited outside, which is a shame as it is a sun trap in the summer, so it is a great place to sit. There is sometimes a queue, and you can wait up to 10- 15 minutes for a coffee.
Good coffee shop and the staff are really good.
It's a nice sized coffee shop with additional seating at the back. As its very close to the Rachael Park parkrun, if any runner shows their parkrun barcode, you will receive a discount. They also have kids toys available for visitors with young children.
Our local Costa coffee, and the shop we order from when both at home and at work. Absolutely 5 star service, in the probably hundreds of times we've ordered from there now.
They were super kind to me today, and helped me with my order which I completely muddled. I thought after this my 5 star review was more than overdue!

The team at the gidea park branch are really great! Best in the area. The store is under maintenance at the moment however Billy, Molly and the team are doing a great job.

Popped in for a drink and to use the WiFi for a bit of remote working to save me going home as I had to be back in th area later the morning, staff were very helpful but the WiFi wasn't as co-operative, as a result my drink turned into a takeaway as I couldn't stay.
Fantastic service, efficient and friendly, professional. Disappointed with Costa in queens hospital so many times as enployee there and endless ques are so frustrating particulary as we have only half a hour break. Also you have to stand between freedges that pump out heat from tge cooling system so if you don't faint waiting you certainly are frustrated. Why not make necessary changes if making so much money and mostly on the nurses that are so busy anyhow?????
I guess you should aprechiate customers that keep returning regardless of the time waste. I guess nobody cares about this feedback anyway so yes great service in Gidea Park Costa.
Local coffee spot whenever I go shopping or visit the area. Always had a pleasant experience during morning visits - they do get busy but always professional and polite.
It was great. Customer service was awesome and very interactive. The drinks cane quickly and no messing up of orders. And she spelt my name right! Lol love coffee definitely going again
