It needs some more shops, it is a short cut to get to south Street from the market. Got a little sweet shop that does the old fashion sweets. Robins pie and mash has moved from quadrant arcade to south Street next door to Barclays.

Support your local shops. Sadly, to many empty shops. Those that are open need your support
Not much to say, a few shops in this small part of Romford shopping centre, I only go to Warhammer which is excellent. Clean. I don't think you can get from Primark through to the Liberty any more.
I love going into the quadrant
Can be cramped in places. Toilets are upstairs. Lifts and escalators available. Wide range if stores from games as books to clothes to crafts. Fancy dress shop. Nice cafe upstairs with quick service makes a lovely coffee. Always clean. Better spacing is needed as when busy can be very difficult to move around with buggy/wheelchair. Parking outside unless market day then parking is close
Been going to Romford for years, always walked past and in there. To me a slow decline in pavements.
Always love coming here, lots of space to walk and shop. Nice range of diffrent ones too.
I don't get how this is a Quadrant but the watch thing at the entrance was good.
Shopping Mall in Romford. l walked through here to get to W.H. Smith's , passing, Hotel Chocolate
M@S, keep walking Asda, Game many other shops including a Jewellers, Escalators will take you up to the next floor., or cut through to the outside via the Market, Home bargains, B@M
Nice shopping centre and selection of shops let's hope it stay that way with so many places closing
