Brothers Fish Bar

Tried this lovely at first Michael who was there then always cooked my Skate fresh while I waited. Then he moved on to another shop and when I asked for it to be cooked fresh was told no there is plenty in the cabinet this I declined. Hence the older man serving me said I cook it fresh this time but in future ring up and time you get here it will be cooked fresh waiting for you. Silly me soon realised as he saw me coming past the window towards the door in went a Skate from the cabinet and so was cooked twice so to speak. The fish was brown beyond belief and had to fight to get it of the backing .He thought I would not realise this but soon did as no way could fresh cooked fish be this colour. His loss stopped going there. But realised soon as they opened fish was being cooked ready for commuters off the train cabinet full up at 4pm so stale time commuters got to buy it.
