Good food, great portion sizes and advertises openly as halal, which is a step up compared to any other Turkish style restaurant in the area!
The mixed Doner kebab is delicious. I'm personally not a fan of the chicken shish but my family really enjoyed it so it's simply a personal preference.
I'll be a regular.
Wow! We just said..... Best chicken shish kebab we’ve ever had. All spot on! The bread wasn’t your standard pitta but Turkish pitta. So tasty.
Salad..... As fresh crisp and finely chopped as you’d want! If I had one thing I’d say.... I like more chilli sauce than the small pot that’s put out. Other than that. Thank you very much! 😋
The food is always fresh and abundant, but you don't have to wait long to be served: quality and efficiency. There is a vast choice of dishes, extras and desserts. I also use their home delivery service, and have never been disappointed (they also gifted me with their delicious coleslaw a few times!). I would recommend visiting this shop!
The most humble shop owner on the street the guy is a blessing and he’s food is sooo nice!!!! My local kebab shop from now! If your not going here for your food then your missing out! Very tasty! Thank you!
Bought a Halloumi kebab (veggie) for myself and a Shish for my mate. I only write reviews when they're warranted, good and bad.
Calling all vegetarians, this is the best veggie option I've had to date at a kebab (I've been a vegetarian since 1987), definitely worth a try.
My mate says his Shish was perfect and hasn't had a kebab like this one in a very long time. However has ONE complaint unfortunately 😕.......... Not enough salad
Have been buying from the Gidea Park branch for a long time, food is always superb, I've only ever had one (minor) issue with the food here and the way it was handled was above and beyond the response the issue deserved. The staff here really care about their reputation and it shows. Would recommend highly.
The most tasty shish I have had from a kebab shop very succulent and great staff very friendly. Also does best 🍕 pizza. Most definitely my favourite.

The food is great. Fresh kebabs, delicious and there is so much choice to dress them with. The Chilli Sauce is home-made and unique -I have never tasted a sauce like it - impressive. Tried the Kofta with garlic sauce - amazing minced lamb with spices, but the chef won't tell me how he makes it - family recipe he says!
Hungry? Order the "X-Large Mixed Kebab" for £12.90 - it's a Mixed Grill which other take-aways are charging £17 for. The Chicken Doner is proper chicken breast marinated in their home-made sauce before being grilled to perfection.
In a nutshell, great food which appears to be under-priced.
Thank god the previous owners have returned to Shen kebab. Food is always very tasty and the owners Jackie and Metin are always very polite and professional. Will never go anywhere else!
Good service. Best pizza i have had for some time. Chips fresh and crisp. Home made garlic sauce really tasty.
