Good chicken burrito, freshly made,not spicy but full of flavor, tables in restaurant could do with a wipe down every so often and the drinks machine not working so was given a tin of Pepsi.. but most importantly burrito and fries very tasty.
Not very clean, but good food chicken is Halal they aren’t allowed to say it because it’s not certified according to HMC and new government rules, but the manager encouraged me to look at the website, just like Papa johns chicken in London is usually halal too. There is no pork here so don’t worry about cross contamination. Staff is also more busy with deliveries.
I have been here a few times and always pleased with our purchases . I was served by Kelly / Kerry who was on the till approx 7pm be yesterday evening . The staff are friendly and due to dietary requirements gave me the information required.
My daughter had spilt her drink and was cleaned up without any fuss . Thank you , see you next week

Absolutely incredible. Though a little small, it’s an amazing branch. Never seen it get too busy so far and the food is always nice and quick!
I always get a couple hard shell tacos and some nachos with guacamole— amazing!
Didn’t care for the chicken tenders, they were similar to the chicken selects from McDonalds— they used to sell better ones a few years ago.
But I love Taco Bell, that’s all I can really say!
Would really could do with extra staff and more space to prep food as 3people were struggling with 8 orders in line which makes costumers wait nearly 1h.
The food is great, the service too but owners should be more considerent towards the workload on staff.

First time at Romford branch and I have to say the food was very good, fast service, and friendly staff. I was happy with our first time here. Very generous with cheese sauce, and other condiments. Could be just a little bit more generous with the meat inside the soft shells, but other than that I'd go again.

I'm reviewing it after it just opened so I would expect teething problems and the near half hour wait was a bit annoying but food wise I was impressed. Very good meal deal and enjoyed it. The burrito was good and surprised by the nice chips. The burrito place in the liberty is better but I will come here again. Very nice.
Was absolutely blown away at the refreshing attitudes the staff had today at Taco Bell! They completely turned my day around & the food was presented very well too. To name a few names: Lewis, Alex, Robert & Rebecca. All four of them work great as a team and I hope they know how brilliantly they were running this place today!
Update: I'm still loving Quesadilla. Food is always warm and tasty.
Went to the bell today, first time for lunch, sat in. The staff are friendly and the shop is busy, as a result it was a little untidy and the toilet...meh😳
But, I liked the food, for 5squid my volcano meal was nice, went for the beef option and and burrito was fairly filled with the respective ingredients not lagging one or another.
The chips are spiced and this was a decent surprise, nice to see they have their own unique take on them.
Free refill on drinks too so can't complain.

Imagine leaving a negative rating for a restaurant because of the delivery partner.
If sauce is everywhere, drivers fault. If order isn't complete, drivers fault for leaving there without checking. If food is cold, drivers fault.
I've drove here, picked up my food, waited the 20 mins to collect, drove home, parked up, set up the table and food was still hot almost too hot to eat and no missing items.
Good store, closer than my usual choice of Chelmsford or lakeside and tastes just a great. Very happy

Small but perfectly former..staff very friendly and helpful. Order via screen and pay there..you have a little wait due to it being prepared freshly. Prices are good and food very tasty. Seating inside and outside. All food you are able to make changes too.
