A lovely place to stop for a tea or coffee and something to eat - I had a freshly baked fruit scone which was very nice. Right near the river Test, and with lovely grounds and terrace. The staff are friendly, and service quite fast. Very relaxing, especially if you've been out for a country walk in the area. A Hampshire oasis.

We were wedding guests at this lovely location.
The variety of spaces from the dining room that transformed into a dance floor and bar, to the cosy lounge to the spacious canopied outdoors there was something for everyone and space to enjoy a very joyous occasion.
The staff were polite and efficient, the food delicious and the drinks well kept.

What a beautiful place, set in a stunning area. We had a very wet and windy 3 mile circuit walk and arrived here very muddy and very hungry! We all had a roast and they did not disappoint. Great portions with loads of gorgeous veggies. Service was excellent and the high teas looked amazing! There is also a beautiful little shop just inside with lots of lovely housey stuff and gifts.

Very pleasant spot with a good selection of vegan and gluten free options. Mostly standard light meals with bit of a twist.

Celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Barn this afternoon. Beautiful gin cocktail to start. Great variety and quality of food. Plenty of cream and tasty jam for the splendid scones. Great quality bread in all the sandwiches, imaginative fillings. The cheesy choux bun was delicious and a high point! Sadly, the cakes were not as good as everything else We will return.
Lovely surroundings too.

We’ve visited Kimbridge Barn several times for different things - brunch, afternoon tea and we also did a Santa visit at Christmas. For afternoon tea, they really kindly accommodated my husbands lactose intolerance and he has his own version which he said was all really nice. I love that you can book easily online and the setting is beautiful with the river and the little shop. It’s great for a casual thing or a special event. Just a little note that there’s no air con so it was pretty hot yesterday, altho all the doors and windows were open. It’s a lovely place, delicious food and kind staff, we love going.

Beautiful setting. The tea room is very pretty with a cute gift so selling local goods. The service was not great though, maybe the server was new but she couldn't take our order properly and the menu was not clear so we ordered the wrong meal. They did rectify the menu after we left. Dog friendly tea shop. Great selection of cake. The coconut beet latte was a revelation! Not very enamored with the vegetarian options; all in all, a bit hit and miss.

Invited to join friends for Afternoon Tea and was spot on, delicious food (the best scones I have ever tasted) lovely cakes and moreish sandwiches, and tea served in quaint little pots — service was also excellent, this is a really beautiful little place and I will be back especially after also seeing the incredible looking Sunday Roast, they also have a tiny shop with nice gifts.
