Just received delivery of our new towels. The order arrived really quickly, packaged perfectly- tissue paper placed between each towel - and great value. We received updates throughout the ordering and delivery process, and had free postage from Hampshire to Devon too!
Cannot recommend this store any higher and remains my most favourite.

Recently purchased a leather sofa from Bradbeers. Quality was excellent but we immediately noticed a poor choice of heavily blemished leather on one of the seats by the manufacturer - often a grey area. I was delighted with Bradbeers customer service in reviewing and then resolving the issue. Replacement seat recently received. I personally find that level of customer service rare. Bradbeers will continue to be our preferred furniture shop based on quality, credibility and value for money.
I love the store but love going in the restaurant also. I love the cream tea. Previous times I've been there, just asked for what I want but this time, the lady said help yourself to things, I said that I didn't do that before and has it changed, she said no but I did notice that the preserves had changed, now in little pots, much better. I felt a bit uncomfortable as there was a queue. I look to see if there was a sign to to say, "help yourself" but couldn't see one. I don't think I was the only one. One more thing I feel the your restaurant could do with a make over and brightening up a bit. It looks a bit tired and dark.
I must say the customer service is fantastic ;was phoned up the day before delivery of my sofa they were even able to state am or pm and sure enough 10.30 two very pleasant men delivered and even took the packaging away. Well done to all.
I went into the new Salisbury store today and it was so lovely. Bright and airy,friendly welcoming staff. Huge choice of brands.
I was particularly impressed by the wide variety of handbags….I spent some time talking to a lovely staff member called Katie,I believe,she was so enthusiastic and walked me round all the brands till I found what suited me best,there were prices to suit all pockets.I was super happy with my purchase and will definitely return again soon after receiving such wonderful customer service :)
Always like visiting Bradbeers in Romsey. Department store itself always a bargain to be found, beautiful clothes and household goods. Make up and perfumes great selection. Restaurant upstairs and downstairs staff really friendly and food very tasty 😋👍

(Smith) Bradbeers in Romsey is a store situated right in the heart of the market town of Romsey with a variety of departments. The facade is hidden in the main Square but has been designed to fit in with the setting of the town. It is old-fashioned service with a modern twist. Car parking is nearby.
Romsey is a wonderful town to visit with something for everyone and Bradbeers is an asset.
I purchased a pair of black Gabor boots today in Romsey and was served by a shop assistant from the Charles Clinkard section. I’m afraid I did not ask her name, however, myself and husband have been served by her a few times now. She is ‘excellent’ at her job, so friendly and polite and a real asset to your company.
Visited the store today.
Handed a 'Scottish £10 note to the sales assistant to pay for a Birthday Card she looked at the note several times before muttering something about forgeries!! Eventually, without lifting her head up she put it in the till and gave me my change. A blonde woman, fancy hairdo but no customer skills whatsoever.
I then visited the perfume/makeup department. While browsing I listened to a very 'interesting' conversation between a sales assistsnt in tbe Chanel section ( another blonde woman) and a man presumably from the stockroom criticising the management of the company. At one point discussing the state of the staff room carpet quote "and to think they own a carpet shop".
We then visited the cafe on tbe ground floor. The muffins we had were delicious but we had eaten them before the coffee came. It wasn't busy so why the wait.
Lovely shop but let down by staff.

In todays market with online shopping, it was quite refreshing to come to this store.
Brilliant prices bought some lovely clothes for my next holiday.

One of the very amazing store's left, such great quality and choice. Clean well planned out store to walk and browse around. I stopped for lunch in their well appointed restaurant, which was excellent with great service and attentive staff. Then browsed around the newly laid out Xmas items. Try it out, it's worth the trip to Romsey. You pay a little more but then you do get quality. Two Xmas gifts purchased.

Had lunch there with a friend we both had the jacket potato with prawns and salad. We both enjoyed our choice .The service was helpful and quick with a pleasant atmosphere. After lunch we looked around the different shops in store admiring the Christmas trimmings. We both bought something so really enjoyed our day.
Excellent selection of clothing, if a little on the expensive side. Good kitchenware department and a decent cafe.
Lovely shop and cafe shop is pricey but really helpful as took a client who goes regularly and the clothes are beautiful for that special occasion. Love the bedding did buy some of them best quality. Love the way they work in there and you can find a bargain now and then. Cafe OK not designed well for dietary requirements needs to offer a bit more food in that way.

Bradbeers Department Store in Romsey is a really nice store. The ground floor cafe is a bit utilitarian for an otherwise smart departmental, but the coffee and cake were both delicious, so no real complaints. The service was also very good indeed.
