Awesome little cafe with delicious food... And of course an amazing cuppa. My friend also enjoyed his mocha very much. The staff were really friendly, helpful and chatty. They had an amazing selection of delicious cakes too. I had the Jaffa Cake which was moist and really tasty. Will definitely be back!
Amazing place. Recommended by my parents who went for the first time on Thursday. Lovely service, ordered food and by the time we had sat down they brought the fresh meat dog treats for our dog. Best coffee I've had in a long time. Breakfast was also lovely. No grease. Will be back.
What an amazing place to chill, enjoy tasty food, coffee that tastes like real coffee. We sampled a Bacon, Brie and cranberry and a Coronation chicken with grape sandwich. Beautiful fresh bread stuffed with tasty fillings. Such a friendly bunch of people work there, led by the amazing Zena!! Highly recommended. We’ll be back next week ❤️ Chris & Dawn
Absolutely amazing establishment and a 'proper' Cafe. Lovely fresh food and amazing Coffee. Staff are really accommodating and service is always with a smile. Also great for Gluten Free, Vegan, vegetarian options and Dog friendly too. Lovely back garden to with a great view of the Abbey.
Third visit here, excellent place, friendly, efficient staff, busy which is always a good sign. Had the vegetarian breakfast wrap which came with salad, one of the most delicious breakfasts I've ever tasted, spot on. 😁

What a fab breakfast! Lovely freshly cooked full English and loads of toast. Great view over the market square on a busy Saturday. Black pudding lacked a bit of taste but bacon was delicious! Will be back.
Popped in for a coffee and some breakfast and it was great value, we sat in the seats in square and I think we waited around 40 minutes for our food. I hadn’t noticed the wait however as it was a lovely day and we had our tea/coffee. To our surprise once the breakfast came out we were offered a slice of free cake to apologise for the wait! We got a really large, amazing and presumably homemade piece of coffee cake and it made our day. Thanks Cafe Fresh!

Stopped in for a drink and a bite to eat and wanted to avoid the larger chain coffee shops and support local business instead. So glad that I did, the panini was lovely and hot with plenty of filling and nice side salad accompaniment. The staff were friendly and attentive and the social distancing between tables was more than adequate with table service to avoid queues at the counter. Highly recommended and would definitely visit again.
I love this little local run cafe, no multi store brand this. It does great tea, coffee, cakes, and lunches. You can now sit out the front or back, if you want fresh outdoor air, or inside in its surprisingly spacious cafe. The staff are friendly and serve you efficiently.
Head here rather than the nationals that can't hold a candle to that local feel.
Fantastic setting for a cafe looking out over the main market Square. The vegetarian full breakfast came with halloumi and was delicious, and under a fiver. I wasn't overly taken with the milkshake but it was very sweet. Would come back again!
GREAT food, well priced and with good service. The milkshakes were good with plenty of cream. Happy staff always make any visit more enjoyable. Would recommend for a tasty bite at lunchtime.
What a great cafe, very dog friendly and super friendly staff, so we had coffee (and the best apple cake ever) and went back for lunch after our walk!!
Saturday morning: Popped in for a coffee, ended up have the all day breakfast, really good value at £4.95. The vegitarian breakfast at the same price looked excellent too. Good swift and polite service. Thank you.
Absolutely love this café, I love how it's family run. The environment is so friendly and welcoming and that is including the staff, myself and my partner used to go every month for breakfast.. Most recently I have been twice in one week, one with my friend and one with my mother.. I highly recommend this little café, not only because of the environment but also because the food is so good.
