The Bishops Blaize - Romsey - Photo album

Friendly warm welcome with brilliant range of beer, one of the cheaper pubs in Romsey.
Came here for a pub stop as a group of Leeds fans on the way down to Southampton - very friendly and welcoming staff, nice beer garden- Though one by one the lagers kept dropping off tap.. Madri was off as soon as we arrived and then they ran out of Stella too. But overall was a nice welcoming place
Great little pub on the edge of town! Parking, beer garden, dog friendly, pool, darts, log burner, really friendly staff and lovely locals!
It's just such a lovely pub! A proper pub! The service is amazing and friendly even with the Covid restrictions. The new manager has done so well with its new decor transformation.. i can't wait for things to open properly to see the full potential this pub has!!
I seldom go in here as it has a feel of a pub for local people feel, not that it is a bad thing but I sense you need to have been regular attendees at the bar before it feels like "your" local. Always good and busy, often with live bands or football. The beer is good and the wine selection broad
A little gem of a place. The new managers are friendly as are the locals. Has a lot of live music, which can be a blessing or a curse depending on what you're after. Decent sized garden, parking for people who'd rather a coke than an ale. Oh yeah, it's an ale pub rather than a lager pub.
I went here for the beggars fair, nice little pub, quite a few drink options and lovely staff.
A very homely pub, a return to the traditional 'local' but welcoming to all-comers. As first time visitors we were shown a warm and friendly reception, and were remembered when we returned a couple of months later. Regular entertainment of a good/high quality is to be found on offer most weekends,
This pub always is at the end of me and my mates Test Valley bike rides and we love it. It's one of those pubs you can always swap a bit of banter with bar staff and punters. Beer is also good
Such a lovely and friendly pub. Good Ales and beer. Bar staff are lovely and very helpful and manager and owners are more than happy to help with any of your needs. Will definitely be returning!
And hoc visit to the pub as waiting on grandson! Friendly pub, obviously a well known to locals!
Lovely pub with very friendly staff and a lovely pub dog. The beer is good as is the decor. There is a big, traditional cottage fire and lots of real locals.
Nice friendly little pub with good beer
Crowd is always friendly even to non locals. Drinks prices are reasonable and the staff are always polite. Atmosphere always very good. Live music available every Saturday night
As a single lady of a certain age I feel I can go in anytime and get a warm welcome from Vickie and her team...the gin corner is a great touch I would recomend the Rhubarb and ginger. We need to support our local tradional pubs like The Bishops Blaize..
Great staff Welcoming friendly had a great laugh Being northerners it was like being in a pub back home , definitely visit again
