Had a lovely meal and nights stay. Unfortunately our room booking wasn't on the system but the staff dealt with it. Lovely food and if you have a downstairs room you have your own private outside area with table and seating which is a nice touch. Would highly recommend

Beautiful setting decided to stay the night rather than taxi home. Very accommodating as it was the last room available and very busy. Food was fantastic. Will return soon thanks guys for a great birthday meal for the wife.

Went for lunch family reunion lunch on a Bank Holiday Monday. Service, drinks and atmosphere excellent, from what I managed to taste, which was echoed by my families opinions- the food was amazing :) Really tasty Beef & Guinness Pies/ Trout meals. However this was let down by the 1.5 hours wait for the food. The pub did compensate by refunding desserts. NB: if the food, drinks, service is at such a high level, surely the arrival of food needs to be in line also.
