Sushi Sushi

very poor service. in the website, they said opening time is 9 AM. But when i went there 9.10, only have salad and no sushi at all. I asked the staff, she said, its open but havent ready yet. I came back and asked again when the sushi pack is ready, the lady looks unhappy and said it will be ready in 20 mnts.. such a shame..

Just went in for lunch. As a older disabled person I was very excited for my first visit. Looked around as I didn't know how it worked. Walked in grabbed a drink out of the fridge and the one waiting staff member there. Jumped on me quite aggressively. ' What was I doing it was school holiday and there wasn't any room. I was quite taken back at the aggression and said I will buy takeaway then shall I. She walked off in a huff. I then waited at counter to be served. She came back and said ' did you just want a table for one'? I said I will get takeaway now and I was a bit upset at the way she had spoken to me and I hoped she will smile and welcome the next person. I asked if she would mind taking my order for take away. She said no it's not her job. I quietly waited to be served. It seems the Cafe is way too busy for to staff to handle. I will not be visiting again it was too upsetting and quite shocking. If this is how you run a business I fear there will be other issues arise during this busy period, you need higher number of staff working there and some traing in how to be polite.

Tried this place the service is very abrupt rude and not welcoming in fact the waitress and front counter staff who were on Tuesday the 3/11/20 were extremely disconnected as if they were doing us a favour. We are a small family spending over $90 we ordered hand rolls they were sloppy tasteless and delivered by the disgusting chef with wet hands in a cradle falling apart bad ... bad ... bad... We asked for soy sauce which was not present at the table we sat at and again the rudeness followed abruptly to the point we were going to leave. We ordered curry beef the rice was putty not jasmine as suggested and extremely salty to The point we were unable to eat it, the curry sauce full of msg we all felt very sick after we left from trying only a few month fulls. This is a very disappointing experience. When we paid we kindly let the staff know with out complaining about the food issues and were met with the bill and no response except a frown.... You have lost another customer sorry it needs to be more hygienic..

The worst sushi roll Tastelessness and rice is as hard Tasted like it was made the day before Service was rude and ask for 4 wasabi she turn around and apologise to the customer behind for the wait. I bought nearly 30 do plats of rills and ai think 1 wasasbi is not enough. Will never return Go to Sushi Track at Hobart waterfront They do take away as well and same price
