The Old Library Waterfoot - Rossendale - Photo album

One of my three favourite regular haunts for a bus trip (X43 and 464), and a full English. Staff very welcoming, service and food have always been great and the atmosphere is relaxing. It's right next to the bus stop, and afterwards, over the road is the start of an interesting one mile walk up the
Slight mix up with the order which slowed down but it was all sorted quickly enough. Food was lovely and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the homely, warm and welcoming experience.
I really love this place. It's not very big but it's kind staff, choice of food, ambience, cleanliness makes it a hugely delightful place to go! Be sure to book a table as lunchtime gets very busy. High chairs available and there are paintings, some jewellery and other locally made crafts to buy (ca
Lovely little cafe, have been a few times now, staff very friendly, nice choice on menu, they also cater for dietary requirements. They have a nice children’s play area too. Very comfortable environment.
Centre of Waterfoot, Old library Café. Good substantial grub & fully licensed. A bright and happy environment with high chairs for babies 👶 well wirth a visit.
Food so tasty and staff very friendly and helpful. We will certainly call again when we are next in the vicinity. Well done Lorraine & staff.
Shared a coffee and tea cake with friends which were both great. Milk alternatives were available too which makes such a difference when going out .
Always enjoy my lunches at this café and the staff are ever so friendly and helpful, the food it top notch too ☺️
Absolute top notch fry up, I think one of the best I've ever had, all ingredients bang on, you can taste the quality and freshness. Came out fast can't fault it. My mate had a ham and cheese omelette and he said it was one of the best he's ever had. Highly recommended.
Although expensive in my opinion for the area, it is lovely. A pleasant place to enjoy an afternoon glass of wine. Laura the server is exceptional and always serves with a smile.
Excellent attentive happy !!! staff, great breakfast, quality coffee...whats not to like. Will be repeating a visit & recommending..
A lovely community cafe, lovely room and friendly staff. I've had lunch, coffee and cake here at different times and all were good. It's run by a social enterprise type organisation, with a mixture of paid staff and volunteers, which is great. It hosts knitting groups etc and has a second child-frie
Lovely lunch. Great service. A lovely cafe for the Waterfoot community.
Really enjoyed lunch here. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, made to feel welcome
I visited on a cold and frosty morning with snow falling, I think this kept the numbers down the food was soon delivered and went down well
Love this place and wish we'd discovered it sooner. Have visited 4 times and each time staff have been lovely, service excellent and food really tasty. Something for everyone including good vegetarian options. Feels very safe and retains a welcoming atmosphere. Looking forward to our next visit. Boo
Recommended to us, The Old Library is a great find. Great choice of delicious food, nicely served by friendly staff and reasonably priced. The cooked breakfast is yummy. A children's corner offers toys for littlies to play with. Free car park on the door step too.
Lovely cafe with great food and staff, plus this is a community project so eating there helps the local area.
