Booked here whilst on business, the room is spacious and has an up market classic vibe. Room had two single beds, however when asked to have them pushed together and have a bigger quilt left in the room they refused saying they won't do that....
The place is used as a wedding venue frequently and make sure that is a factor when choosing to stay here because it can get loud with guests.
The bar is small, small selection of drinks and again if there is a wedding on good luck trying to get served as the staff will prioritize them over you even if your standing at the bar and are next in line

Really nice hotel. Excellent customer service from ALL staff from the maid to the general manager. Nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to Leah, who made everyone feel special. We will return and would highly recommend this hotel.

A gorgeous stay!! Beautiful location, super friendly staff, really clean and all in all gorgeous! We got married here 6 years ago, and so it holds a special place in our hearts, but still recommend it!! It’s amazing!

Very pleasant place to stay. Also visited the nearby church which has stained glass of the former residents of Rossett Hall.
A very accommodating hotel, nicely appointed and very affordable. I shall be back for certain.
The breakfast was very good and the staff lovely.
The restaurant - Oscars - sorry, brasserie, was not open post 9pm which tbh is fair enough.
The best bit about this place is the garden and I got hardly any pictures and I’m sorry about that but when I return I shall so let’s hope it’s soon.

This is a truly amazing hotel and the staff are very welcoming, friendly, excellent customer service.
The food was of very high standards rooms were lovely. We stayed here as we were going to be barber connect in Telford and strongly recommended it to anyone.

Have visited many times as my cousin lives nearby. Most recent trip was for a friend's wedding. Always good food and great service. Bedrooms are a bit tired now but overall it's a great place.

Lovely hotel I would of preferred a room in the older section of the building however the twin room we had was spotlessly clean very impressive and the evening meal in oscar's brasserie was amazing the only downside was the door hinges that some people just let go of the doors causing quite loud slamming maybe they could be adjusted aircon would help too
