Came here to celebrate my birthday with my wife, she’s been here before and booked it for me as my first time. I’m a massive fan of Indian food and Neelagiree does not disappoint. Fantastic food and brilliant service. I recommend Chicken 65 and Masala Dosa to get things started, and I had Chettinad Chicken with Pilau Rice and a gorgeous garlic naan, all washed down with an ice cold, crisp few pints of Cobra.

Visited today with family. Selected Neelagiree after reading many good reviews, however, I was still completely blown away by the amazing taste, quality of food, and quantity. One bite of the 'houseboat beef fry' and I was transported directly back to the backwaters of Kerala. Bravo to the Chef! Kerala style chicken biriyani was also very flavourful, quantity was more than sufficient, and again, reminded me of authentic Kerala taste. Chicken lollipop and Chicken 65 were more or less similar in taste, yet, they are ready to customise to our liking based on how hot we want the dish to be. The subtle music in the background was very calming (good choice of soft music), service was quick, restaurant manager and staff were very courteous as well. We visited around 8:30pm, and hence, were very lucky to find parking close by, however, there are plenty of paid parking lots closeby, which should be able to support during peak crowd hours. All in all, this was the best Indian Restaurant that I have been to so far in the UK. Will be visiting again, 100%. Thank you for the amazing food experience, @Neelagiree Restaurant!

Nice ambience and very clean. Quality of food is superb, just like Kerala.
A group of 17 of us came for a work night out. We ordered our meals ahead as the restaurant requested, As you can imagine there was alot of food ordered between the group of us, the staff remained calm and patient throughout our visit. The food was all served fresh, hot and the portion sizes were really generous. All the staff were very welcoming and dispite been a rowdy bunch they didnt stop smiling and joined in a good laugh with us.
The vene is super tidy and clean with lovely decor that has a lovely warm feel to it. Food was super tasty and you can even take what you cant eat away with you.
Thank you for having us, your staff cannot do enough for your customers and we all enjoyed the visit.
We have been to this restaurant 3 times in the last 4 weeks excellent service amazing food and plenty of it for the price a nice warm welcome from the staff who are very friendly and polite.

Ever since your entry and exit, the smiling faces of the waitresses never leave. Very welcoming, absolutely makes you feel comfortable. Great halal food, wonderful taste, you can taste the fresh ingredients, and most importantly, it came hot. 10/10, I would love to visit whenever I’m around. Absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for Indian food in Rotherham.
