I went with a party for Christmas lunch. It was a lovely setting, the staff were brilliant. The food was stunning, to die for and I would love to go again, and would recommend to others.

The food was lovely and the staff pleasant and helpful . The place was packed and they must have been under pressure but didnt let it show . We werent even kept waiting for anything. Lovely Xmas Eve .
Staying at the premiere inn and have eaten here two nights on the run, and breakfast. Food is excellent, staff are extremely happy, friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble for both Jannet on Friday night and Jess tonight. The BBQ chicken and ribs is a definite favourite, and the salads were excellent. Will return.
The food is lovely had lunch and breakfast yesterday it was presented well the cooked breakfast had a lot if choice and the continental choice was great. Will be coming back to the premiere in the future and the beefeater. Also the staff are really helpful and polite.
Me and the family went for Christmas dinner and out of all the years of going to different places we've found the one we will be going back to, the staff food and service was brilliant it was definitely best Christmas by far round here what we have had before. See you in the new year
Had our xmas dinner and i must say i was very impressed. The food was lovely and all the staff made a fuss of us ! Especially Hazel who served us �xx We will be booking for next year �
Stayed in the premier inn and took the meal deal .cannot fault the food or service.the lamb rump was spot on .ate here all week without any issues

It is a perfect place for a decent, well priced breakfast for travellers.
Food was ok little bit expensive for what it is burgers had a lovely taste french fries a bit over cooked hot desert pie was microwaved this spoilt it steak was a bit fatty and the chunky chips a bit greasy but nice taste
But the ladies that served me during my two day visit were amazing think it was Vicky and Jess couldn't do enough to help and friendly good old northern hospitality thank u ladies

Firstly I was impressed upon arriving that the manager was telling a customer about "Meal Deal" which you can have if you're staying at Premier Inn that includes 2 courses, a drink and breakfast for £24.99 obviously there are supplements on some items and currently you can upgrade to extra course for £2, so that was really good customer service.
It's amazing how different things can be at different times, so this time I've come here as my last experience was so good, but unfortunately the service has changed today it was very slow service, I realize that sometimes things don't always go to plan but it'd be nice to know things are running slow due to unforeseen circumstances, having arrived at 1800 my food eventually arrived at 1903 but upon asking where my food was I was told that I'd only been waiting 41 minutes since I ordered and not the hour I said 😂 in this situation that information is not helpful surely it would have been better to say "sorry, I'll look into it", don't fight fire with fire.
I'm not going to reduce my stars rating due to this experience as everyone has bad day's sometimes.
Even the staff at the Premier Inn weren't overly happy today, winter blues I guess. 🤷.

As someone who regularly stays at Premier Inns I always choose ones that have Beefeaters as the quality of food is much better.
The Brecks did not disappoint the staff were all very friendly and gave an excellent level of service whether it was the evening staff or at breakfast, the food was top notch too, I would definitely recommend this Beefeater and the neighboring Premier Inn.
What a brilliant lunch with my friends, food was great its also a bonus having table service and refill cokes. Our server Alison was really friendly and very patient as we decided what we wanted and we will definitely be back
Had a really pleasant evening here, last week, food was good, as usual, served by Jess, who was really warm and friendly. Arwen was working on the bar, and was very welcoming and very efficient, with a warm smile. Highly recommended, and would have left 10 stars given the opportunity.
Me and the good lady use it regularly. Yes, we're in the rewards scheme, but we're also in others. It's more expensive than others, and in our opinion is the best, never had a bad steak there 😎👍🏾

We went as a family of 10. The staff is nice and the food is nice tasting. The desserts are good too! I would recommend anything on the menu.
I've taken a star off the review as I ordered a rare surf and turf. When it arrived although cooked rare it was the chewiest steak I have ever eaten. I could not break the meat up as I chewed and gave up after 5 minutes and sent the meal back. It was however taken back without question and a replacement was cooked which was of a good standard. I enjoyed the replacement meal and would eat there again.
Popped in late on Sunday evening and was served efficiently. The steak and chips were both very good and well cooked. Overall, a good value meal in nice surroundings
