The Rhinoceros

Visiting Rotherham for the first time and googled Whetherspoons, which came up with The Rhinoceros. Went in and thought, looks like a Whetherspoons but doesn't feel like a Whetherspoons. A pint or two and a food order later, realised it isnt one now. Worth a visit on a Saturday afternoon, cheap beer 👍 cheap and lovely food 👍 and really friendly and polite staff 👍. Clientele look a bit rough round the edges (some would say that about me) but Iooks can be deceiving as clientele are warm, friendly and welcoming. Would come back again - thank you Rhinos

Been on a shopping trip decided to go to weather spoons for lunch so glad we did I have never had a lovely fluffy jacket potato like the one I had there with roasted vegetables it was delicious my friend had chicken his was just as good but the best thing was the staff never met staff like it so jolly and you could tell enjoyed there job hopefully will try and get back sometime thanks for everything

Was in Rotherham for a gig about 2 weeks ago . Never been there before ... my Son had , and suggested this place . Probably the BEST all day brunch / breakfast or whatever it's called I have ever had in a Wetherspoons . Spoke to a member of staff who told us food got cooked when ordered . NOT left on a hot plate for untold time . 5 stars .. oh and staff friendly as were a couple of locals I spoke to .

I'm working away in Rotherham and the area is unfamiliar to me. I went to The Rhinoceros for a breakfast and my experience was as follows; The barman (bearded guy with facial piercings) was very helpful and engaging when asked about "what's around here to see?". And the fella running food (didnt catch his name but he was a team leader, chap with glasses) was very polite and did his check to see if I was enjoying my meal. Watching him around the pub he had very good interactions with customers. Food was as expected for a Wetherspoons, affordable but tasty and everything was cooked great. The yoke in my egg was runny so it passes the egg test.
