I was in rotherham for a mental health first aid course and stumbled upon hygge. lovely little cafe with cheap breakfast options, plenty of board games and a very welcoming atmosphere!!

Not a bad choice but limited and took a very long time to get served even though it wasn't busy.

Had a great breakfast - bacon and scrambled egg on toast. The Americano was smooth and strong. Nice decor inside and a good varied menu.
This is a hidden gem on rotherham High Street, gorgeous setting relaxed and welcoming . Food menu is really interesting . Had a wonderful breakfast Β£4.50

A beautiful little cafe. Unfortunately they were understaffed on the day we visited so the kitchen wasn't open, but the food they had available was lovely. We loved all the plants and the atmosphere in the cafe. Would definitely recommend as it is also very affordable.

This cafe is a hidden gem of Rotherham centre. The food is amazing, the drinks are wonderful and the atmosphere is so relaxed and calming I could spend forever in here. The staff are always happy and welcoming on every visit and even my anxious nana felt comfortable and happy here. Everything is very reasonably priced to which is an added bonus!
I often enjoy a drink and something to eat in this lovely relaxing cafe. Yesterday, I was treated to an afternoon tea for my birthday and it was absolutely delicious π I would highly recommend!

We visit Hygge regularly when in town and the food is always delicious, service friendly and prompt and the environment welcoming. I also love that there is a more relaxed lounge space at the back and kids toys available etc but with the same great decor.
First visit today, friendly lady behind counter greeted us with a smile and served us tea for two in a nice quiet room with comfortable sofa and chairs low lighting and easy listening music, lovely place enjoyed our visit π good to know proceeds of our purchase goes to charity, I hope this place is around for many years to come π
