Gave food order away to gang of youths to "get them out of the shop" - their words not mine. Then after waiting an age for subsequent order got home to realise we were missing half of what we ordered. Worth the extra mile or two to drive to Quorn and get better food with far better service.

Came in yesterday for my dinner only to find out you don't do cobs but you went out back and found me one of your sample ones to witch you offered me two one was ample then when on leaving you gave me a mini fish for free to sample what can I say awesome grub and great staff

Ordered 2 X fish & chips and 1 X mini fish and large chips tonight. Standard fish was only marginally bigger than the mini fish and the large chips was no bigger than the standard chips. All 3 portions looked visually smaller than normal and the fish was dry and batter wasn't crispy. Very disappointing and not up to normal standards.
