This cafe is supposed to close at 5pm, we got there just after 4.30pm and tried to order some hot food only to be told by a very surly member of staff that the kitchen was closed. When I pointed out that it wasn't closing time she very …
More staff is needed to properly stack the shelves. Everytime I visit the shelves are not faced up, constantly have to bend down to see the products pushed to the back of the shelf. Looks very untidy and messy, store often looks like it's the last open day before a 3 day bank holiday where everyone has rinsed everything.

Whilst the store is excellent, the cafe is often slow.
The fresh products are reliably good. Parking is easy and access to the high street shops is simple and pedestrianised.
This place is definitely going downhill. We used to shop here once a week and loved the salad bar but in the last few weeks its been disgusting. The compartments with the different pasta's in etc are contaminated with the other containers foods and very messy!
Always friendly helpful staff. Bit annoying having pallets of stock up aisles waiting to be put out but guess this is due to no longer restocking in the evening/night.
