A lovely place for breakfast. Friendly welcome and great service. Can recommend the American style pancakes and homemade crumpets. Need to book a table if you can as so popular!

This place is the best for breakfast in the Tunbridge Wells area. Consistently delicious food, great produce (the eggs are very obviously local from farmers so rich and orange the yolks are - absolutely incredible). Each time I eat here I fall more in love. Every ingredient on the plate is above standard. Each item has had thought and effort put in. The staff are so engaged and happy and helpful. The entire experience is just wonderful. It was fully booked at 10:30am other places all over town are empty. Always trust locals favourites. Worth a visit. You will return.

Robin Read. the man, the myth, The Chef What a Dinner, Monday night was hospitality night. A real who’s - who from Kent. Outstanding food and Mrs Read delivering the goods on the wine front. Thank you both for a great evening.

Lead me not into temptation and deliver me from baking evil naughtiness............................................because if I go through the doors of the Daily Bread I won't just be going in for their amazing sourdough..... The food here is brilliant.... pulled pork sandwich, mushrooms on toast the full English are STAND OUT bits of cafe cooking. The drinks are spot on and if you can leave without taking some Guinness cake or a brownie for later then you're stronger willed than I am. Their coffee is great and the service excellent. You might have to book but its worth it.
