Was treated to a birthday meal on Easter Monday had a lovely evening the food was very good and was enjoyed by all of us.
It’s really good to know that this pub is being looked after in a way it deserves.
Such a nice atmosphere and really clean. Good food coming out of the kitchen and the team of Suzi and Alice front of House and Dan in the Kitchen make everyone welcome.

Just had the roast beef dinner with chicken wings for starters and washed down with a cheeky pint. Food was excellent and value for money. Service was great. Very friendly venue. Would recommend

Lovely old pub. Smashing food. Chef great landlady lorraine is a great host. Shame shes moving to the wagon and horses soon but will visit there next time we visit wootton.
I thought the place was very lively entertainment was great and the food was outstandingly good value the bar staff were very accommodating with my disabled grandma they couldn't do enough to help.
