Not a busy place except for breakfast where the drive thru stays steadily moving. Cashiers service is typically mediocre. Lunch n evening they are slow but benefit is almost everything is made to order. Orders normally are correct but they have issues with using coupons each time I tried.

Ham and cheese was good. I had two. Staff was courteous and efficient. We would gladly dine here again when we are in the area. Thanks Jennifer!

The best fastfood restaurant in Royston usually. The workers keep it clean, serve your food fresh & hot, will bring it right to your table if it takes time & are extremely courteous.

Slow and the chicken was refried not fresh and had day for sometime. It took them about 15 mins to even take my order or say something to me.

This is not a place to eat I got FOOD POISONING they need to fix there store 83 for there store score. I got the 5 $ meal yesterday 1 big cheeseburger fri & drink I cannot express this enough I’ve been sick for two days it’s awful Hardee’s in royston is sick

Hit and miss here. I’ve been here some days and the service is great. Today I came in, and some tough girl slowly walked up to the counter. As I was about to order, she literally took out her phone and started texting with someone right in front of me, preventing me from ordering. Once she was done with her personal business on Hardee’s time, she looked up at me, as if irritated that I was there—no greeting, nothing. I would put her name here, but her dreadlocks were covering her name tag (assuming she was wearing one to begin with).
This is why places like Hardee’s are struggling. They have decent food, but their employees are very frequently bottom of the barrel and just plain pitiful.
