I have to say and praise the staff at this Costa. Tesco’s Rugby .Always a greeting. always a smile and nothing is too much trouble. It is rare these days to have such dedicated staff,well done and keep it up

Nice clean and bright. Quiet and we managed to get comfy seats which is always a bonus! If I'm being picky the coffee wasn't perfect, I had almond milk and it didn't have the best foam, so and the chocolate orange muffin isn't worth it.

Great coffee. Clean shop. Great customer service and with plenty of staff working resulting in fast service without compromising quality. Only negative is being inside a Tesco store I had a trolley full of shopping that I had paid for including clothes for my unborn child, yet the trolley cupboards
Great coffee and really nice atmosphere with plenty of space to sit down and read or surf the net on your phone. Window seating available as well.
Clean and tidy most of the time and very pleasant staff.
Staff are professional and courteous. Fernando, the Store Manager is always polite and ready to help in any way. He is also a Master Barista!

Staff were pleasant...coffee was acceptable....it's a chain but now it's no longer opened by Whitbread's there are no signs of how they are going to get their billions back by increasing the prices as soon as they do I'll be off else where...
The staff here are very helpful and friendly, can get quite busy but go at the right time and it can be a lovely quiet spot for a natter and chill.
