Manager and staff are the nicest most caring people you would want to meet. My parents live here and after my dad passing away recently the staff were just lovely. It's a very well run caring place always clean and beautifuly presented.
My friends live here. The staff all seem nice and friendly. The flats are a good size. The entrance isn't too welcoming, a bit plain but the residents seem happy and love the food they can get each day in the dining room.
Near to the train station and on a bus route directly into town and the out of town shopping area too.
Throughout the Covid 19 crisis the team at Farmers Court have been amazing. Truly caring and exceptionally kind to my Mum particularly when she was ill and I wasn’t allowed to visit during lockdown. Communication has been very clear as restrictions started to ease. I can’t thank all the team enough for the way they have responded to such a horrible situation.
I was a chef within the retirement village and found the management and care staff so lovely they care so much about the residents and do a wonderful job.
