Last Sunday we had my big sisters baby shower at the snug. What can I say other than wow! The girls could not have done anymore for us. They'd made special food for fussy guests, the place looked beautiful and we all had an amazing time. The food was lovely and there was just a lovely atmosphere and best of all my sister had an amazing time. Thanks so much! xoxo

First visit to the town with friends and we popped in for lunch. We had great service and it's such a lovely tea room. We all enjoyed our lunch and cakes. We were also very excited and surprised to see alcoholic refreshment ! So opted for a Pink gin and a Pimms too ����
I hired snug for my 30th birthday on Sunday, it was amazing! Everyone said how lovely the food was. We had afternoon tea and little extras from the staff made it extra special. Thank you so much for a lovely afternoon!

Food was always nice. Haven't been back since I heard the girl that did all the nice cakes had left! Cakes were definitely the best bit for me but it's now cheaper to go direct for the cakes rather than buy by the slice. Judging by the style of the cakes I assume the same girl is still making them even though she's left. Would strongly suggest finding her contact details if you need cakes/brownies.
Sandwiches are nice and good hot and cold drinks. :)
Having eaten at homely cafes, fancy tea shops, and five star hotels everywhere from London to Oxford to Manchester, I can safely say that this shop has the best scones in England.
Lovely tearoom, love the decor, tea & cake. Staff are lovely too. It would be nice if there were diary free options of cake as my friend couldn't indulge in the treats, that was the only down side.
Went in here today, with our dog for a snack and a drink. Got the comfy sofa and could have stayed there all day. The girls were so friendly and welcoming.
The decor is fab, the food was yummy and so reasonably priced and was just a great atmosphere. We will be coming back again soon. Especially as we can bring the dog!! ❤️
SO glad I have discovered this little gem!! Family friendly, excellent service and very welcoming. We popped in unplanned with two babies and the staff were extremely accomodating and helpful. The food and drink is good quality and reasonably priced too.
I love supporting local businesses and we will definitely be making a return visit.

Great tea 🍵 selection and fantastic service, really good place if you want somewhere quiet and fairly private to talk. The decor is quirky and the seats are super comfortable and contrasting which creates a really unique style. They also do afternoon teas and have their very own Alice in Wonderland themed room which really deserves a visit just for itself!
Has been recently redecorated and looks really good. Had a club Sandwich here and it was really, really good! Nice friendly staffs and a nice chilled environment. Will certainly return.
