I was pleasantly surprised by this Frankie and Benny's, the location is great an very easy to find, the restaurant is clean both inside and out. The staff seemed very friendly always smiling and easy to talk to.

Went to a F&B about 10 years ago and thought it was horrible (Watford Vue Cinema Site) Poor selection of food and badly cooked. I'm pleased to report that they have improved things considerably. My eggs Benedict was well cooked and hot. Service was quick and friendly.

Nice place. Cleaner than others and well maintained. Long wait for drinks though, which wasn't great after ordering Italian Hot Pizza with extra chilli. That was frustrating. The staff were friendly.
Very nice experience to eat in frankie and benny. The personnel is pleasant and attentive and offers a great service. The food is tasty and really enjoyed the breakfast. Waiting times for the food is short and before you know it the food is on your table. Nice comfortable ambiance.
Been here for the first time and can't recommend it enough. Food is good and reasonable prices, plus our waitress Kloe was lovely and very polite, made the experience 10 times better.

Went for a family birthday celebration and there was 16 of us. Great service, the waiter looking after us took our birthday cake of me and all the candles etc, put it in the fridge, then even set it all up for us before it came out! I visited this restaurant on Friday with my family and what a wonderful experience it was! The food was lovely and the service was impeccable. We were served by a waitress called Katie and she couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating! She was extremely friendly and no request was a problem!
