Relatively good Korean style cafe in Runcorn area, breakfast was good but limited vegetarian option The ones in pic was quite good spaghetti pesto cream - $40 for 2-3 person Would recommend to try this and have coffee or korean style coffee Could be quite busy depending on the time though

Very friendly staff and quick service, particularly impressive on boxing day where it was quite busy. Venue is much larger inside then it appears from the outside, but still with a very cosy and inviting feel. Amazing food, spicy Bolognese and Carbonara were flavoursome and topped with the perfect amount of parmesan.

I live in the area and have been meeting friends here most weeks for a few years as the coffee and service is consistently good! I am shocked at the critical comments here as the barista/server is always attentive and absolutely lovely with a beautiful smile. She knows my friends and I have a coffee only but we are always given good service.

I ordered a seafood spaghetti for my husband and a carbonara for myself. The bread on side was hot and soft. I am fan of parmesan cheese and mushroom. It made me full. Just one con was the coffee not up to standard. A simple flat white but too much bubbles and from on top of it. Not expected there was no latte art.

I’ve eaten here twice already, today marks my third visit. Every time I’ve eaten here has been incredible. The service is exceptional and the food is AMAZING. I don’t need to visit any other cafes because this is my new spot for breakfast and lunch. The pasta is amazing (I recommend their Rib Fillet Pane to share) and something simple like Avocado on Toast is so well done. (What is the sauce the drizzle on the salad?!)

My partner and I had a lovely experience here last night on the 3/6/23. The bench could do with some cushions as we started to feel uncomfortable after half an hour sitting, and there's unfortunately no power points available either. BUT, the service was just outstanding. The kind cashier/waiter greeter us warmly as we came in (as she did everyone else too). She maintained a bright and cheerful disposition throughout the time we were there, greeting and serving customers warmly the whole time. She even came out from her counter to warmly greet a little baby in their pram. As we were leaving she came out from behind the counter just to take the rubbish from me, which was totally unnecessary but very thoughtful. We were delighted to witness and receive such warmth and kindness. God bless. 🙏

Paninaro is one of my favourite cafes in Brisbane. First thing we noticed is the interiors, love the contemporary touch and the interiors are well lit making the whole experience intimate. The food is amazing!! I love the pastas here! Well cooked and full of flavours! This cafe is consistent with how the food tastes as well which makes it so easy to find your favourite. Staff are all friendly and accomodating. Overall love this place! It’s great for groups or dates!

Been here a few times now. Food is always great, portion sizes are big and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Only small small thing is I find the coffee to be very average now (use to be good when they first opened) Aside from that good place to come and eat and chill

Cute little cafe that I visit when I crave pasta, but don't want to go too far from home. It's well priced and perfect if you like a little bit of Asian fusion pasta! Definitely worth checking out. Their pane pasta for 2 is also super cool (pasta in a bread bowl).

Grabbed the opportunity of weekday off so made a visit to this cafe. Well, I have not been back since my first review in 2017.
Correct me if I am wrong that the management is different from the last one over three years ago. Currently, it is renting by a Korean group.
Trading hour starts at 9:00am, which is unusual than normal cafe. Having said that I witnessed its busy after the door opened at 9:00am!
I judged ordered a flat white and the barista was very proficient in the coffee preparation even though there were many customers walking in for dine-in or take-away.
Coffee was a good one, at least my palate did not reject it😋.
Previous rating: Feb 2017 3/5

FOOD = 2
SERVICE = 0
AMBIEBCE = 2

Tried this place for a friend's going away, from the outside looked modern and decent presentation inside. The menu has lots of options. We were 6 people, ordered the food no problems, and it came quickly. Looked good, however thats where it kinda ends. The flavours were just off, it was more assembled food off a production line, seems to be something out of a dolmio jar... very dissapointing. Ketchup flavours instead of tomato.

The service was just appauling, amongst the whole experience, one incident, one of us wanted a plate to share so we could the othrler dishes the waitress was upset with us for asking for another plate, and advised one dish is for one person only, no sharing. Wasnt even prepared to give us one spare cutlery. We got a death stare and eventually after repeating a few times, eventually got a plate with another death stare. It was as if they were doing us a favour.

Food seems to be not your business, customer service not at all... front of house staff seem to want nothing to do with customer service. And being rude is totally not on.... please review how you cook, and present yourselves.

I like the large selection of Pasta available at this Cafe. Paul Chan and I need a drink after downing a platter of Korean Fried Chicken. Our friendly Barista patiently takes our order and our order is served within 2 minutes. Well done young lady! Many of Brisbane’s Baristas can learn from you.

As expected, my double shot Cafe Latte is served hot and strong, just the way I like it! Paul’s Iced Chocolate looks delicious. I will return with Phuong Tran for a Pasta meal. Thank you Paninaro Cafe!

The Pasta and drinks were decent and the atmosphere is fairly nice however the service could be much improved from a management perspective, ordered two pastas and two drinks to share between four of our friends because we weren’t overly hungry but still wanted lunch, however when a friend asked for plates for each of us so we could divide the pasta and share - she was refused by the manager who said we could only have two plates, not four. Quite disappointing because we have been here many times and always enjoyed the experience but unfortunately won’t be coming here again...

Not a frequent Runcorn Plaza goer, came as having a catch up with friends, and surprisingly found Paninaro a cozy and nice place. Ingredients are fresh and well preped, pasta source was the highlight, portions were reasonable, vibe within was friendly and warm for chilling days, and we all enojoyed our stay in there.

We went there after our ruthless Sunday to find a young hip and groovy crowd in Running
My fr I end had the “ big breakfasts “ which he continued to ask for extra side orders
“No” let’s see what is presented..... a lavivish display of well cooked bacon as advised salad, hash browns, sausages etc could have been more.... it was ginormous for the price

I wanted the toasted panini which is mon/ Friday which was disappointing but after chatting to the chef I got an enormously side of “ extra crisp almost black bacon” for $4.50 just scrumptious

The espresso was exactly that.... just like in Rome short smooth crime on top and ready to drink with a power kick like a mule
, I opted for my usual cold drink in s tall glass of an exotic milk based tast absolutely tremendous

Value for $$$ v good ambience getting there staff bent over backwards to help us

A definite Re run now it’s getting cooler in the weather and at 10am when you get a bit peckish
Enough food to take home for late brunch Tommie72xp

Came here with my sister who likes the pasta. She ordered the alio olio spaghetti and I ordered the chicken avo cream pasta and a ice green tea latte. My sis enjoyed her meal. Taste was reasonable - she prefers the non creamy. Although the portions appeared small, it was very filling - cream pasta was very creamy mixed with avocado but I quite enjoyed it. Heavy green tea flavour in the latte if you enjoy that as well.

Tried to order a simple soy flat white and somehow the waitress misheard?! and thought I ordered a rib fillet and was going to charge me $18.90! Then the coffee was made using milk and not soy. The reason I ordered soy was because I am breastfeeding and my son is allergic to dairy, thankfully I only took a sip otherwise it would have had serious consequences for my baby!

I am a newbie to zomato and want to give my appreciation to the paninaro cafe in runcorn since I go there to have my tea time since they first opened. Interior is modern, simple in wooden style and ample space between the table.
Specially I like the long wooden table just around the corner of the sliding door. If I may give my rate to the design of the interior, it might be 5/5.

My favourite flat white or Americano are always presentable and perfectly matches my taste. I have
a sensitive taste that is a bit extreme more than ordinary people. I get upset stomach and throwing up so many times after having my coffee somewhere else, mainly because the milk they use was not fresh or spoilt. It is never happen with Paninaro Cafe. This is the only cafe that I can trust that they are using all fresh ingredients.

And they also serve cold press juice, which is really good. Sometimes you just don't feel like having coffee or sweets, so there you go, they do have healthy and fresh alternatives. GREAT!!

I love the fact that everyone here are so friendly and accommodating, cozy and relax. I seriously don't understand why the other reviews that I read was bad, because I personally think some people might be just plain rude that these nice guys was getting uncomfortable?
Paninaro café has been on my to do list since late 2016. We absolutely loved Sweet Treats and can't wait to try the second café in Runcorn Plaza. The Korean owned and operated establishment was simple yet elegantly decorated with clean tables and comfortable wooden chairs. We were there Sunday afternoon and ordered cappuccino, latte and an almond croissant to share.

The coffees arrived first, so lets start with the cappuccino. A well positioned latte art was skilfully made with intense coffee aromas. First sip and the trouble began. The coffee was bitter...very very bitter even to a >5 cuppa junkie like myself. So much so I had to add some sugar to balance out the taste. From a value POV, not a bad thing I guess since $4.50 I felt like I got 4 shots in there. 3/5

The latte again was well presented with an nicely made latte art. Mrs Tomcat took a sip and quickly spat it out. The disgust from her facial expression says it all. I took a sip and realized it was exactly like my cappuccino. After a complaint was made, the barista was able to make a replacement. The replacement however was simply froth milk with no coffee shot at all... 1.5/5

The almond croissant made a welcoming arrive soon after. The well presented pastry showed sufficient quantities of sliced almonds coated with icing sugar. Taste wise was sweet and buttery but very chewy. Later on it was realized the croissant was microwave heated prior to serving thus the tough mouth feel. 2.5/5

Overall service was the worst I have ever experienced in Brisbane. When asked for the replacement latte, we went through four staff members until someone could understand our request. The manager gave me a "death stare" when the replacement coffee was made and mumbled something in Korean. 1/5

Bear Bone coffee beans were utilized but the poor brew taste that day does not do those beans justice.

Hint: what should i say? ummm...Sweet Treat is just around the corner 😊

Heard good things about this place, so I thought to check it out with a friend :)I was greeted instantly when I entered the restaurant, which is always good. As I walked towards the counter, there was a beverage menu hung on the wall which didn't say much E.g. Cold Drinks section only had 3 drinks. However, you'll find more in their full menu so be sure to look at that first! :)

Being my first time here, I did have a bit of trouble finding what they specialised in. There was a bit of everything including, croissants, slices, espressos, pasta and breakfast food. I mean if you like variety, you'll probably love what this restaurant/cafe has got to offer you. ** I was a little confused why Raisin Toast and Ham, Cheese Croissant was under the Dessert Category **

My friend and I coincidently ordered the same pasta, which was the Carbonara. The food came out pretty quick, the first thing I noticed was the bowl was huge and the portion was a little small. The spaghetti was good as well as the mushrooms and bacon. But the sauce was way to creamy. It was almost like I drank a whole bottle of full cream. Trying to really 'enjoy' the food was hard because the cream made the whole meal so heavy it became a bit difficult to eat.

Overall, I had an alright experience. I would come back to maybe give their breakfast menu a shot :)

Came here for a coffee with my friends.
The place is nicely decorated, a very korean style cafe which i like ! However was slightly noisy but i guess that cant be helped

I noticed they sell pane pasta which is pasta served in toasted bread buns (popular in Korea) - slightly expensive but i havent seen the portion sizes or tried them so i think i might next time. No where in Brisbane seems to sell them !

Coffee was good ! But cant say much because i havent tried anything on the menu.

I really enjoyed my rib eye fillet soy cream pasta. It was spicy and had a nice heat to it. More than he looks in the photos! I couldn't finish it.

Good tasting coffee. Service always friendly and quick. Basic but very nicely prepared meals. This is a great place for a quick stop or feed

I'm not a coffee drinker, so I can't comment on their coffees, but went here for dinner one night and I was happy with the friendly service and some pretty decent pasta. The alio olio and bolognese and the ricotta salad were all satisfactory, with decent portions for the price.

We noticed this new cafe as we were passing by on our way to one of our regular coffee shops. Thought I would have a quick flat white to try it out. Was quite passable & I noticed they do breakfast which may be worth a try

Saw this little cafe doing pasta on last Saturday . I love good pasta which is hard to come by . So decided to give it a try. The pasta we order is Alio Olio and Neapolitan . Both portion is consider small for us . Taste wise is not bad but not something extra tasty or surprise . Overall is a pretty standard dish as pasta . My partner said he will not come back as the portion is little for him . I do not mind try other thing on the menu . But not in hurry to do so .

This cafe is recently opened and I only noticed it from zomato. The decoration and the service were both nice. The spaghetti smelled delicious. My chicken Cesar salad was fresh but the chicken was a bit dry and the tomatos were far too big for a bite. Moreover, they don't provide water unless you ask for it. And one of the glass that came to us had stains on it. The flaws are not really big deal but they affect the pleasure of dinning. The coffee there was under my standard unfortunately. Overall, still a good place to meet up with friends since it's close.

This café has a nice interior and feels great coming in. It has just opened very recently.

It seems to be run by Koreans and I often find green tea Lattes on other Korean run cafes. But they don't have it here sadly.
Unfortunately the mocha i ordered was sour for my taste. My friend's latte too. I guess I'm not able to appreciate this kind of coffee but my friend found it alright.

When i was ordering I noticed an item I'd never heard of on the coffee menu on the board which wasn't on the paper menu. They said it's a typo. The paper menu had cappuccino instead. As I commented on this they thought I was ordering a cappuccino... Not sure if English or just misheard.

Unfortunately they didn't have water readily available so we had to ask for some, as well as cups. Hopefully in future this kind of thing can get ironed out.

The food smelled good so I'd be looking to return to try it out.

Update: so we tried the pastas today. Seafood spaghetti and carbonara. Both cream based. Tasted pretty nice, lots of parmesan. Agree with above the portion is a little small but it fills one up alright, not super hungry after.

They provided a kids bowl and fork which was helpful. A cup would be perfect.

Love the music I heard when I was there: Crush, DEAN, Jay Park. Good stuff. Some American music in the mix.
