Asked for a pizza and drink at 15:55.. guy said that if I wanted to wait 5 minutes until 4pm, I'd get the pizza at reduced price, with a drink for 40p deal.. so I enjoyed the Rutherglen Exchange for 5 minutes and it was there waiting for me when I got back. We had a great wee chat too and I left smiling. Great customer service.. great public service.. give that guy a raise. Pizza was good too.

Excellent bakery products, sit in area is very basic with only a few seats. Great location next to Rutherglen Shopping arcade main entrance. Today was a quick lunch, coffee cold sausage roll and an empire biscuit, all for less than a fiver which is good value these days.

Staff are always accomodating to your need and will put fresh food in the oven if you ask
Staff could be more friendly cheap prices and clean store but sausage rolls normally could and cheese and beans Melts
Had Coffee and a Toastie there early this morning. Sitting in . Very welcome as having some work done at home. Didn't want to be underfoot. Both tasted great and the shop staff very cheerful in spite of having an early start. Also working extremely hard as shop very busy.
Think should have more than 2 desks bit of a wait
There's something about greggs that makes you keep going back even when you're fed up with it.
Was lacking the normal sausage rolls or pies it was just before lunchtime so you would expect them to be there ..they were trying to roll out vegan sausage rolls instead .Now I have no objection to vegan sausage rolls as such ..but come on Greggs you can't deprive your loyal meat eating customers
Friendly Staff served me Quickly and the Baked Goods were really good and the best I have seen and tasted from a Greggs.

It's Greggs! You can expect friendly staff and vaguely disappointing food...but you knew that anyway...it's Greggs for goodness sake. Still we go back.
