Bosun's Bite - Rye - Photo album

Despite there not being any water in the village for a few days the sandwiches that were produced were top notch. I had a bacon and egg and my friend a BLT. They were both amazingly fresh and plentiful. Will happily return
Reasonably priced and friendly little cafe at Rye Harbour by the lifeguard centre. Indoor and outdoor seating. Dog friendly. Vegan options such as vegan cheesy chips; Avocado and beef tomatoes on sourdough bread with vegan butter; and a very generously portioned vegan sausage sandwich on really nice
Delicious breakfast! Friendly staff! Overall great experience!
Took a while to find, ended up in a caravan park first time ๐Ÿ˜ Spotted a small sign on a fence and found it eventually. Was on motorcycles, found somewhere out from to park them and went in for a cold drink and a cake. Had a lump of flapjack and it was almost life changing it was that good. Sat out
After a long walk at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve this is the perfect place to stop off and re-fuel. A typical English cafe. Great choice of food including vegetarian and childrenโ€™s options. Eat in or take away. Honest prices for food and drink. We have eaten here a few times and have never been disa

Great service, very impressed with the portion sizes and food wasn't half bad either! Everything cooked fresh. Great value for the money. Recommended
Good hearty food and very generous portions, which are reasonably priced. Always a warm welcome. Excellent stopping off point after walking the Rye Harbour nature reserve.
Delicious, fresh food. Lovely coffee and hot chocolate. Friendly, helpful staff. Specials and a selection of yummy cakes. Gluten free bread available and chips are gluten free. Best chips we've had in ages! Dog friendly.
Really lovely food. We had a scampi bap, salt and pepper squid and a portion of chips between us. Portions were generous and everything cooked to perfection, very impressed! A small investment in the decor could make it even better!
Lovely little cafe with awesome proper doorstep sandwiches, staff very friendly and helpful ๐Ÿ˜
We went for lunch at this cafe on recommendation of a friend as it is dog friendly. What a pleasant experience, all the staff cane and greeted our three greyhounds and chatted to us. Food was excellent and service very good. Will certainly be going back.
Well organised with Covid-19 procedures in place. We started off with a coffee and then went for a 2 hour walk ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธ. When we returned the young assistant remembered and asked how the walk was....We had lunch which was the special of the day Crab Roll which was quickly served and was delicious
Have eaten here a couple of times - had a full English breakfast last time I visited and salt and pepper squid this time. The food has been perfectly cooked, well presented and very tasty each time. Prices are reasonable too. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the table was dirty (from pr
