Amazing lunch, with a lovely set menu to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a visit if you’re in Rye!
What a special dining experience! Staff were delightful and looked after us well. Extra unexpected little tasting dishes were a treat. Delicious, beautifully cooked veal for main course and the banana mousse desert was special. A great mix of bitter & sweet with different textures delighting the taste buds!
We had been told Fletchers House was a good restaurant and it is. Excellent food service and atmosphere. Amuse bouche to start which were delicious followed by a small cup of tomato soup before our ordered starters which were really delicious. Our mains were both very good and the portions generous. A very tasty pear sweet to finish. Good wines at reasonable prices. I could not fault the service. Great to find another restaurant in Rye where the chef really knows how to cook and to enjoy a meal at a reasonable price for such good food. We will tell our friends and we will be back. To be recommended.
Fletchers was a great dining experience, the food here is exceptional, with great detail. We came for my boyfriends birthday and they gave us some fudge with Happy Birthday written on the plate, we were very pleased with the hospitality here.
My lunch was excellent! Delicious food, made with skill and beautifullly presented, with surprise extra offerings from the chef of canapes and minilll soup. It couldn't have been a better meal. Thank you.

This was one of the best meals I've had here in the UK! Fresh and tasting. The stilton avo bake is amazing. The tomato and crab soup is a bit fishy but very fresh. Best beer around! And the cheese-chive scone....absolutely delicious!
My wife & l had Tasting Menu for lunch. Outstanding food (except cheese course lacked any flavour) staff very friendly & worth the money £117 inc service charge.
Looking forward to trying the Al Cartè menu.
We didn’t have a booking and came with a baby, a pushchair and dog in tow… and it was no problem at all! James accommodated my family and I with such kindness and professionalism and along with his team gave us a fantastic lunch time experience! Cannot recommend enough! Thank you James for your amazing service :) friendly staff and delicious food, what more can you ask for!
