It is a lovely, welcoming up market cafe, thankfully almost on our doorstep. They serve a variety of hot & cold sandwiches & drinks (probably the best Cappuccino we have ever had) & it has a license, so serves alcohol too. The homemade savoury & sweet delights (quiches, cakes, scones, pie of the day, soups, etc.) are absolutely delious. We go once a week for lunch & usually on a Saturday morning for their locally sourced sausage, bacon & mushrooms in a twisted knot white bun- superb! If we didn't have to work most of the week, we'd be there for coffee everyday, as the staff are so lovely too. A 10/10 from us (:

Took my son here on a date after his operation as a treat. He had the vanilla cupcake and a fruit shoot and I had the Kinder Bueno chocolate brownie which was divine accompanied by my usual latte. Always a good coffee in here and the staff are very friendly 🙏💚

Nice little cafe, lovely decor and the service was good.
Sausage sandwich was ok and fairly priced at £3.80. Cakes were average and priced between £3 - 3.50 so about the going rate. They also sell a fairly large selection of ales and beers for anyone who is into those.
I booked Kathleen’s for a private event on a Sunday afternoon, and I have to say, everything was spot on. The event was a surprise baby shower, and ahead of the day, the team were very helpful and responsive with the set up and any questions I had.
On the day, the team were really friendly, professional and accommodating. Food was great, cocktails were fab and all the party said they had a brilliant time.
Would definitely recommend!

Been for late night drinks on a weekend, lovely staff, friendly service and excellent range of craft beers, stouts, ciders and cocktails. Recommended if you want somewhere small, intimate and friendly. Haven't had food yet but will certainly give it a go soon.

I was there with a friend for an afternoon tea. It was amazing. I couldn't fault it at all. Beautiful sandwiches scones were perfect and you could pick your own cake. Just perfect. Would highly recommend this cafe

Nice panini - brie, bacon and cranberry. Very fresh and tasty. They seemed to have a great selection of soft and alcoholic drinks too! It was nice to see it busy and yet it felt very safe and the service was good.
