The service was great. Staff are polite and friendly. The atmosphere is really cozy and warm. The coffee has a really nice blend and the barista surely knows how to make it well. The quality of the food is exceptional. We had the Eggs Royale and Scrambled tofu. Totally recommend the place though all aspects.
Lovely late lunch and coffee. Treated myself to an awesome homemade cake on recommendation from one of the team. Really nice little spot with delicious food.
A great little cafe at the top of a wonderful furniture shop. A maze of rooms offering a range of styles and settings . Having visited several times the cafe at the top was a welcome addition. Good coffee and bacon sandwich in a COVID secure environment. With interesting views over the rooftops.
Another Saturday morning catch up with a dear friend. Coffee, cake and service all we're excellent as always.
Sadly the constant thump, thump of streamed base music (not music really) in the background was irritating. But I know we'll go again soon 🙂
I wasn't expecting too much of this cafe situated at the top of a unusual furniture department store. The tables are a bit small and close together but the atmosphere is quite pleasant. The food and coffee that my wife and I had were both very good indeed they were delicious. I haven't had such a good bacon sandwich for some time. Staff seem to be fairly efficient but were not very engaging with the customers. The cost of the food and drinks were high for a cafe but given the quality of the food in particular it was reasonable value.
This is a pleasant little eatery above a furnishing store. The staff on my visit were friendly and helpful. I just had a snack and tea which was absolutely fine. The place was clean and not noisy. The only downside was that they have too many tables, making room to sit comfortably difficult. I will return though as I enjoyed my visit.
Do not often rave about furniture shops, but this one is exceptional! High quality goods displayed in such a manner you just wanted to buy something. The coordination of colours and furniture so well balanced. It's a place you feel you just want to live in Displayed in such a way you felt it was definetly the place for a quality home. My best find on my Saffron Walden Visit.

Beautiful and brilliant online shop. Came across it by chance, while searching for a particular item and really glad I did. The items all arrived safely and very well wrapped and they are lovely and so reasonably priced. I would like to thank those who added a personal touch and got in contact to keep me informed and updated. Shop is a breath of fresh air with wonderfully varied gifts. Cafe has fantastic coffee, affordable and different food and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Their warm welcome extends to everyone including children.
Very clean and great staff. Toilet very clean. Now important food great good menu and. Cakes loveley And made on kitchen In shop. It is upstairs of a Furniture shop with great stock. Parking in square or big car park on the green. Lovely town And walk round it as it is very old and lovely . Have a good day. You will go back again and again
We recently went for afternoon tea to celebrate my mums 60th birthday. The food and service was of a high standard & could not thank Paul enough for his help and for making the afternoon so special! I would highly recommend this place and if im again in the area, would most certainly return without hesitation. Thank you!!
Always nice and friendly, good range of cakes. Called in for lunch, always lovely meals and reasonably priced. Small balcony area over looking roof tops is peaceful.
A very nice find, which you wouldn't necessarily spot. Nice atmosphere and inside a lovely shop. Food was great, coffee was great. Good service. Not the cheapest coffee, but not overly expensive.
Nice staff, nice setting, fantastic cakes and sandwich/light meal selections,however they are pushing too high with the pricing hence only four stars. I'm not normally one that's price conscious but it's a struggle to justify otherwise really worth a visit.

Lovely, quiet cafe (not filled with incessant coffee machine noise) very good coffee and cakes. We come here for a Friday treat and always get a pleasant welcome.

This is a regular stop for me, lovely tea and cakes and the breakfasts are marvellous. I can recommend sitting on the balcony if there is room with a lovely view over the rooftops of Saffron Walden.
