June 2023: Friendly service, good portions and tasty food. Typical traditional 'British Chinese' takeaway. The satay chicken skewers were excellent!
September 2023: We've continued to use this takeaway this year and have been impressed with the consistent quality they've maintained! Have worked through a lot of the menu now and nothing has disappointed. Best Cantonese-style baozi we've ever had outside of HK.
The current owner has turned this place into an absolute gem. Easily one of the tastiest and most consistent takeaways in Walden.
Excellent food at reasonable price. We have had our twice only but always excellent.
Had quite a wait on news years eve to pick up our pre-ordered food but it seems there was a glitch with online tool.

Very pleasant Lady on desk, ordered my meal, found it to be superb, will pop round again if in the area.
Good food. Only had a takeaway twice but both times we've been pleased. New year's Eve was a bit of a fiasco (waited an hour and a half for food) but more down to the ordering app not limiting the number of customers than the restaurant themselves.

Best Chinese takeaway I’ve had in a long time. Ordered over the phone, picked it up 20 minutes later. Cooked to perfection, decent sized portions and very reasonably priced. Currently taking cash only. Great work guys, keep it up!
As far as Chinese takeaways go - this place provides great food at reasonable prices. Unfortunately no delivery service but painless online ordering with allocated pick up time.
My favourite Chinese in Saffron Walden. I've had a lot of good takeaways from here, but my favourite things to order are the House Special Chow Mein, the King Prawn Dumplings and the Banana Fritter in Syrup.

Best Chinese I've had in years. Closer to the traditional food than most westernised places, which may put some people off, but well worth a try.
Our regular Chinese takeaway when we visit our son and family. Never been disappointed.
