Visited this sumptuous hotel many times and the Jetty restaurant is a wonderful space with a decent menu. We popped in today, a wet October afternoon, with the rain hammering down, for respite, to relax in the warm peace and cool view. Fish & chips, and a burger, with a Devon Light Ale - 'nuff said - perfect!

Good food (albeit our first choice starters weren’t available but this was probably due to how busy the restaurant was on a Monday evening). Service was extremely slow (it took over 1h for our starters to come out). Incorrect drink made compared to the cocktail we ordered but they were apologetic and happy to replace. View is spectacular over the estuary. Overall good, but with slow service, and extremely high prices for what you get.
