Not been in for a long time and you're welcomed by the same people. This place has been going for as long as I can remember. Had the usual poppadoms n chutney tray followed by a lovely flavoursome curry.
Definitely return to try something different like a shashlik.

I have eaten all over uk and east Asia especially the indian cuisine, now through recommendations I went to Ganges and experienced the most spectacular authentic Indian food which I haven't had in a while. I must say it is by far one of the best if not THE best indian restaurant i have eaten at, the customer service experience was by far beyond expectations.The waiters name I believe was Mohammed and wow..just wow..I have been in Michelin starred restaurants..this was better..I couldn't believe it, I was in shock by the knowledge of the waiter when it came to the dishes, he knew everything inside and out, exactly what I expect for a waiter. This is definitely number 1 in my list..this should be Michelin star by my opinion.

The tray of 5 pickles ordered came as 4 - no lime pickle. The food was good quality, but where was the heat? The red sauce with the pickles made me sweat MORE than the madras or vindaloo!

Not had a takeaway from Curry Cottage for a few years, and thought we would give it a go.
Got to be said it was one of the best I've had in ages, definitely will be back 👍

We had a fantastic evening celebrating a 60th birthday. Food, service, ambiance were all top notch! Will definately be going here again and will recommend to all family and friends. Thank you to all the staff for making the celebration a success ❤
